ABA Consultant - London
Beam ABA Services support individuals with complex behavioural needs including individuals diagnosed with autism, learning disability, emotional behavioural difficulties, and/or oppositional defiant behaviours. We work in young people's homes, the local community, and/or educational settings. We are recruiting for an ABA Consultant in London.
As part of our clinical team, you will oversee assessment, design and analysis of ABA programmes, working with young people (service users) and their families whilst supporting a team of ABA Tutors (ABA Therapists). You will need an MSc and/or BCBA qualification in ABA, plus practical experience of working with young people with complex behavioural needs. You will work closely with our Senior ABA Consultants.

Required qualifications & skills
– MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis
- BCaBA or BCBA (or working towards BCBA)
– At least 5 years of applied experience working with, and programming for, young people with complex behavioural needs, utilising ABA methodology.
– Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
– Clean driving license
Salary of £29,000-£33,000 per annum depending on experience, 25 days paid holiday per year and contribution to further professional training and development (including conference attendance and CEUs). BCBA supervision available, pension contributions.
