Omada is looking for an Executive Assistant to support our CEO
Omada is a successful fast-growing IT security company, that operates internationally with a specific focus on regulated industries in Europe and North America.
We are now offering a unique position as Executive Assistant (EA) to support our CEO. The open position is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious person, who is motivated by a challenging job that can develop in various directions. You will get a unique insight and understanding of how a fast-growing IT security company is run at a CEO level.
As an EA, you will work closely with our CEO, and help him with defining, executing and follow up on strategical projects in the organization. It is very important that you establish a close relation to key stakeholders in the organization, and creates a high level of business understanding cross departments in Omada.
The role therefore requires excellent organizational capabilities with a high sense of proactivity, quality, and flexibility.
You support our CEO by:
- Defining, administrating and coordinating different strategic projects and follow-up on activities and projects and company key performance indicators
- Analyzing data
- Coordinating meetings and prepare meeting materials, correspondence, reporting, and follow-up
- Other activities as the role develops and also help support other members of the Executive Management team
Who are we looking for?
You have a relevant academic education, BA or MA, and a few years of experience working as EA maybe as a fulltime job or as part of a job while studying. You might be coming from a Management Consulting company and are ambitious and driven by the opportunity to get a great insight in the work of a CEO.
A successful EA can demonstrate the ability to work on different tasks concurrently, and possess a proactive, follow-through and service oriented mindset. The position as a EA requires a high level of business and process understanding. You are also an organized person who is capable of working on your own initiative and with high quality in your assignments.
As Omada has lots of business both inside and outside off Denmark, it is required that you can communicate effectively, both orally and written in Danish and English. you must have a profound knowledge of MS-office.
