Role Overview:

You’re a go-getter who wants to be an integral part of a huge growth story. You're hands-on and obsessed with increasing customer acquisition through continuous optimization and application of key learnings. You have intimate knowledge about how online advertising platforms function, particularly Facebook, and can make your campaigns sing on them. Responsibilities:

• Drive significant customer growth for each of our brand partners at an efficient CPA relative to LTV.
• Build, manage, monitor, test and optimize campaigns to increase performance.
• Create campaigns with compelling copy and sophisticated targeting and segmentation based on key discoveries using 1st party and 3rd party data.
• Manage monthly and quarterly budgets across all paid channels.
• Explore new potential advertising and technology partners that will allow us to accelerate user growth.

• Identify processes ripe for automation to enable us to scale our acquisition efforts

Requirements

• 5-10 years experience in digital marketing, ideally with a recognized brand in consumer products or technology.
• Direct to consumer ecommerce experience is highly preferred.
• Detailed ad tech knowledge is a plus.
• Well-versed in Google Analytics, GTM and FB Power Editor.
• Balance between creative and analytical thinker who isn’t afraid to present new ideas and take risks.
• Passionate about marketing; you continuously pursue knowledge and stay on top of trends.
• Must have strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in a high growth start-up is a plus.
• Undergraduate degree
