How you'll make a difference

By leading an awesome team of circa 10 Retails Sales Executive across a region, inspiring, developing and supporting.

  • Core: Achieve agreed business and retail sales team key objectives
  • Team: build a great team and framework
  • Strategic: Develop plans for Retail to drive retailer engagement, revenue for good causes or operational effectiveness
  • Capability: Lead the implementation of a major project as a representative of Retail
  • Personal: Maintain and develop skills, knowledge, competencies for self and team
  • Engagement: Build powerful partner relationships across Camelot & externally with retail partners
