Interview questions for personality assessments
When a candidate completes a Workable personality assessment, follow-up interview questions are suggested on the timeline to help the hiring team learn more about the candidate.
Add multiple credit cards
Save multiple credit cards to your account. Most useful when different offices make purchases like premium posts or Campaigns with separate cards. Access via Settings > Billing Information.
New options for requisition reporting
Added new fields and currency calculation options to Hiring Plan and Hiring Performance reports.
Available for Growth and Premier plans
Customize email automations to send to candidates once specific actions occur in the system. When candidates apply, move between stages or get disqualified, trigger custom emails for things like video interviews, assessments, scheduling interviews and more.
Automated Actions also include new “no-reply” email functionality. Send automated emails from a generic email address that does not accept replies.
Virtual interview option added for all event types
With Zoom or Google Hangouts integrated, you can now automatically include a link to a virtual meeting room for all event types (Call, Interview, multi-part Interviews, Meeting, Internal Meeting) when scheduling in Workable. Previously, it was required that you schedule a “Call” event to have a virtual room link included.
Send texts in bulk
Available with the Texting Premium Tool
Message multiple candidates at once through text message. In a pipeline stage, click checkboxes in the list of candidates, select Bulk Actions and then choose to send texts. Candidates are always texted individually and not as a single group text.
