Frequently asked questions
What happens after I publish my job ad?
Every job board has its own acceptance criteria — and our support team knows them all. So after you publish your job via Workable, we’ll give it a quick review. If there are any issues with your post, we’ll email you to resolve them. Otherwise your job will be published to multiple free job boards — including LinkedIn and Indeed — in 12-24 hours!
How will I know when my job is approved?
Typically, it takes 12-24 hours for job boards to approve a posting. As soon as your job is approved your job status will change from “In Review” to “Published” and you’ll start getting candidates!
When do I have to pay for my job?
You can try Workable for free for 15 days. After 15 days your jobs will be archived and removed from job posting sites, but you’ll still be able to access your Workable account and to see all of the candidates who applied. If you want to keep your job live, you can purchase our monthly Pay As You Go plan for $99/job per month.
Why is Workable better than other job posting tools?
Unlike other job posting sites, Workable posts your job to multiple job boards with just one click! Once candidates are rolling in, Workable provides you with all of the advanced tools you need to contact, schedule, evaluate and select the very best candidate for your job.
