Nous recherchons un(e) adjoint(e) administratif(ve) RH qui effectuera différentes tâches administratives liées au personnel. Vous assisterez le service RH pour des tâches comme la publication d'annonces, la mise à jour des CV-thèques et le traitement des demandes des employés. Notre poste d'adjoint(e) administratif(ve) RH nécessite un excellent sens de l'organisation et la capacité à traiter des informations sensibles en toute confidentialité. Si vous êtes passionné(e) par les politiques et procédures RH et souhaitez contribuer à la création d'un lieu de travail stimulant, ce poste est fait pour vous. Pour résumer, vous gagnerez en expérience des RH dans un environnement rapide en assistant et en améliorant toutes les fonctions de RH.

Responsabilités

  • Tenir les registres des employés (numériques et papier)
  • Mettre à jour les bases de données RH (ex. nouvelles embauches, départs, congés payés et congés maladie)
  • Participer à la préparation des paies en fournissant les données concernées (absences, primes, congés, etc.)
  • Préparer les documents administratifs pour les politiques et procédures RH
  • Traiter les demandes des employés et leur fournir des informations pertinentes
  • Coordonner les projets RH, réunions et séminaires de formation
  • Collaborer avec le/la recruteur(se) pour publier les annonces sur les pages d'emploi et traiter les CV reçus
  • Gérer le centre d'appels du service et répondre aux demandes
  • Préparer les rapports et présentations pour les communications internes
  • Orienter les nouveaux employés en leur fournissant les kits d'intégration et en leur expliquant les politiques de l'entreprise
  • Expérience professionnelle avérée en tant qu'adjoint(e) administratif(ve) RH ou administrateur RH H/F
  • Expérience pratique des logiciels de RH, type SIRH ou HRMS
  • Compétences en bureautique et expérience des logiciels MS Office
  • Connaissance du Droit du travail
  • Excellentes capacités organisationnelles et de gestion du temps
  • Aptitude au travail d'équipe
  • Licence en ressources humaines ou dans un autre domaine pertinent

Using Workable’s free trial account, you can post your job ad for free to multiple job boards including Google, Glassdoor and more for 15 days.

What happens after I publish my job ad?

Every job board has its own acceptance criteria — and our support team knows them all. So after you publish your job via Workable, we’ll give it a quick review. If there are any issues with your post, we’ll email you to resolve them. Otherwise your job will be published to multiple free job boards in 12-24 hours!

How will I know when my job is approved?

Typically, it takes 12-24 hours for job boards to approve a posting. As soon as your job is approved your job status will change from “In Review” to “Published” and you’ll start getting candidates!

When do I have to pay for my job?
