Responsabilidades

  • Mantener registros de empleados (copias impresas y electrónicas)
  • Actualizar bases de datos de RR. HH. (p. ej., nuevos empleados, separaciones, vacaciones y bajas por enfermedad)
  • Ayudar en la preparación de nóminas proporcionando datos relevantes, como ausencias, primas y bajas
  • Preparar documentación para políticas y procedimientos de RR. HH.
  • Procesar solicitudes de empleados y ofrecer información relevante
  • Coordinar proyectos de RR. HH., reuniones y seminarios de formación
  • Colaborar con el reclutador para publicar anuncios de empleo en páginas de empleo y procesar los CV que se reciban
  • Gestionar el centro de atención telefónica del departamento y abordar las consultas como corresponda
  • Preparar informes y presentaciones para comunicaciones internas
  • Proporcionar orientaciones para nuevos empleados compartiendo paquetes de incorporación y explicando las políticas de empresa
  • Experiencia laboral demostrable como auxiliar administrativo de RR. HH. o administrador de RR. HH.
  • Experiencia práctica con software de RR. HH. como HRIS o HRMS
  • Conocimientos de informática y experiencia con aplicaciones de MS Office
  • Conocimiento de la legislación laboral
  • Excelentes habilidades de organización y de gestión del tiempo
  • Aptitudes para el trabajo en equipo
  • Grado en Recursos Humanos o un campo relacionado
