Wir suchen einen Personalverwalter zur Unterstützung unserer Personalabteilung im Tagesgeschäft. In dieser Funktion sind Sie der erste Ansprechpartner für personalbezogene Fragen von Mitarbeitern und externen Partnern. Zu Ihren administrativen Aufgaben gehören das Pflegen von Personalakten, das Verwalten von Personalunterlagen (z. B. Einstellungsunterlagen und Richtlinien zur Eingliederung) sowie das Aktualisieren interner Datenbanken. Unser idealer Kandidat verfügt über Erfahrung mit den Abläufen im Personalwesen und kann verschiedene administrative Aufgaben termingerecht bewältigen. Schließlich sollten Sie in die Lage sein, sicherzustellen, dass unsere Personalabteilung unsere Mitarbeiter unterstützt und zugleich das geltende Arbeitsrecht einhält.

Aufgaben

  • Organisieren und Pflegen von Personalakten
  • Aktualisieren interner Datenbanken (z. B. Aufzeichnen von Abwesenheiten wegen Krankheit oder Mutterschaftsurlaub)
  • Vorbereiten von Personalunterlagen wie Arbeitsverträgen und Richtlinien für neue Mitarbeiter
  • Überarbeiten von Unternehmensrichtlinien
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern wie Versicherungsfirmen und Sicherstellen der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften
  • Erstellen regelmäßiger Berichte und Präsentationen zu Personalkennzahlen (z. B. zu Fluktuationsquoten)
  • Beantworten von Mitarbeiterfragen zu personalbezogenen Anliegen
  • Unterstützen der Lohnbuchhaltung durch Bereitstellen relevanter Mitarbeiterinformationen (z. B. Urlaubstage, Krankheitstage und Dienstpläne)
  • Arrangieren von Unterkünften für Geschäftsreisen und Bearbeitung von Reisekostenabrechnungen
  • Teilnahme an Personalprojekten (z. B. Mithelfen beim Organisieren einer Jobmesse)
  • Nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung als Personalverwalter, Personalverwaltungsassistent oder in einer relevanten Funktion
  • Erfahrung mit Personalmanagement-Software, wie Personalinformationssystemen oder HRMS
  • Computerkenntnisse (insbesondere MS Office-Anwendungen)
  • Fundierte Kenntnis des Arbeitsrechts
  • Hervorragende organisatorische Kompetenz und die Fähigkeit, wichtige Projekte zu priorisieren

Using Workable’s free trial account, you can post your job ad for free to multiple job boards including Google, Glassdoor and more for 15 days.

What happens after I publish my job ad?

Every job board has its own acceptance criteria — and our support team knows them all. So after you publish your job via Workable, we’ll give it a quick review. If there are any issues with your post, we’ll email you to resolve them. Otherwise your job will be published to multiple free job boards in 12-24 hours!

How will I know when my job is approved?

Typically, it takes 12-24 hours for job boards to approve a posting. As soon as your job is approved your job status will change from “In Review” to “Published” and you’ll start getting candidates!

When do I have to pay for my job?
