As responsabilidades do consultor de remuneração incluem estabelecimento de salários e escalas de remuneração para novas posições na empresa, coleta de dados de referência de salários e recomendação de programas de bônus nas análises de trabalho. Para ser bem-sucedido neste cargo, deve ter um bom conhecimento de procedimentos de folha de pagamento e legislação de trabalho. Responsabilidades

  • Trabalhar junto com o RH no planejamento e implementação de pacotes de remuneração
  • Assegurar que as práticas de remuneração estão alinhadas com a legislação trabalhistas
  • Criar planos de bônus e de salário justo com o uso de avaliações de trabalho
  • Revisar e avaliar escalas de pagamento, pagamento base e incentivos
  • Definir salários para as novas posições na organização
  • Analisar os dados de remuneração para identificar problemas potenciais (como pagamento por disparidade de gênero), assegurando a equidade em todos os níveis
  • Conduzir pesquisas de remuneração e analisar descobertas para adicionar valor ao plano estratégico da empresa
  • Assegurar que os planos de remuneração se alinhem com os objetivos de rentabilidade da empresa
  • Coletar dados de referência e reestruturar a remuneração para assegurar a nossa competitividade em termos de salários e benefícios
  • Experiência comprovada como Especialista em Remuneração ou cargo relevante
  • Forte conhecimento de práticas de RH e legislação trabalhista

Using Workable’s free trial account, you can post your job ad for free to multiple job boards including Google, Glassdoor and more for 15 days.

What happens after I publish my job ad?

Every job board has its own acceptance criteria — and our support team knows them all. So after you publish your job via Workable, we’ll give it a quick review. If there are any issues with your post, we’ll email you to resolve them. Otherwise your job will be published to multiple free job boards in 12-24 hours!

How will I know when my job is approved?

Typically, it takes 12-24 hours for job boards to approve a posting. As soon as your job is approved your job status will change from “In Review” to “Published” and you’ll start getting candidates!

When do I have to pay for my job?

You can try Workable for free for 15 days. After 15 days your job will be archived and removed from job posting sites, but you’ll still be able to access your Workable account and to see all of the candidates who applied.
