Minimum of 15 mutual customers. Leverages our Partner API. This option involves collaboration with our Product team and is subject to availability.

50 requests/10 seconds.

- Workable provides first level support for customer troubleshooting.
- Dedicated technical support during your build.
Co-marketing
Native Integration partners have the possibility to participate in webinars, blog swaps, ebooks, etc (at Workable Marketing’s discretion). Workable will make a dedicated social post to announce the integration and partnership.
The new integration will be included in Workable’s Recent Updates
Requirements
Offers flexibility for integration builds. No requirement for mutual customers. Can be through a unified API provider, IPaaS, Zapier, Workable Public API. Partners can begin their build at any time.

Review process
Our partnerships team reviews all submissions and if successful, we will be in touch within 48 hours. New native integration partners are added in cohorts, which kick off every other month.
Start building
If selected, our team provides a sandbox account where you can build out your integration. We allow 90 days for integration builds.

Now for the fun part! We’re officially partners. Welcome to our partner ecosystem. To ensure both parties can take full advantage of the commercial side of the partnership, we have ongoing conversations between Workable and your partnership team about co-marketing, co-selling, and more.

Getting started
Apply to become a 3rd Party Integration Partner
Check you meet the requirements, then complete this form to get started. In a nutshell, there are 3 components and requirements for the program:
- Provide information about your company that we can use for the Partner Directory listing
- Share steps and visuals of the integration so we can create a Help Article for our Help Center
- Opt into our partner agreement which includes a two-way revenue share. This can be done via our PRM, PartnerStack.
Review process
Our team will review your request, and reach out if successful.
Finalize requirements
We work together to create an integration help article and get you set up on our partner portal, where you can opt-into the program T&C’s.
Go live!
Once the above steps are completed, we’ll publish your integration on our Partner Directory.

Building on the API
Workable has dedicated Assessment, Video Interview, Background Check, and OAuth APIs that are exclusively for partner use.
Separately, the Workable API allows you to extract pipeline stages, fetch applicants for a job, update candidate profiles, and much more. Learn more about the full capabilities here.
Workable customers, and their 3rd party providers, can use the API to get access to this account-level information via their unique Access Token.
